Reporting an Absence

If your child is unable to attend the Academy, please let us know as soon as possible on the morning of the absence.

How to report an absence:

• Call the Academy office: 0203 3370 9238 choose the extension for attendance
• Email us: attendance@harrisps6f.org.uk
• Provide the reason for absence and an expected return date, if known.

If we do not hear from you, a member of the team will contact you to confirm the reason for the absence. For safeguarding purposes, it is essential that all absences are reported promptly.

Please note that medical evidence may be requested for extended or frequent absences.
